Because we specialize in used electronics, we do not accept returns for minor cosmetic damages (including normal wear and tear). These minor blemishes are inherent to used products and do not affect device functionality. We only accept returns for items that have major functional defects or hardware failures that significantly affect performance.

Product Condition and Eligibility

All our products are pre-owned electronics that have been thoroughly tested for functionality before sale. Each item comes with a detailed condition report documenting any existing cosmetic imperfections. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same functional condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be returned with all original accessories, cables, and documentation provided at purchase.
  • The product must not show signs of additional damage or misuse.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Cosmetic imperfections that were documented in the original condition report.
  • Normal wear and tear beyond the documented condition.
  • Items that have been physically modified or tampered with.
  • Water damage or other accidental damage occurring after purchase.
  • Issues arising from improper use or installation.
  • Missing accessories or components that were included at purchase.

Acceptable Returns

We will accept returns only for:
